01 / WHAT YOUR QUOTE SHOULD TELL YOU

A price is a number.
A good quote makes sense.

Your start date, usage and contract terms all matter. We help you compare the whole offer, so you can decide with a clear understanding of what you’re agreeing to.

01

The right supply. The right dates.

Gas and electricity don’t have to share a supplier or end date. We look at each supply separately, including different premises, before comparing suitable offers.

02

Know what sits behind the rate.

Compare unit rates, standing charges and relevant contract terms. We explain our commission and how it is charged before you agree.

03

A choice you can explain.

We talk through the price, your timing and the trade-offs. Asking for a quote leaves the decision with you; it doesn’t commit your business to a contract.

02 / FROM REQUEST TO DECISION

You bring the business.
We help with the detail.

A bill is a useful starting point. If you don’t have one, tell us what you know. Your adviser can help fill the gaps.

  1. 01

    Share what
    you have.

Upload your bills or answer a few questions. Include different supplies or premises in the same enquiry.

  2. 02

    We check.
    Then compare.

We confirm the details needed for suitable prices, including any missing dates or meter information.

  3. 03

    Understand
    your options.

Your adviser explains the available offers, the terms and our commission. Ask questions before deciding.

  4. 04

    Agree when
    you’re ready.

You choose whether to proceed. Sending this request does not agree a supply contract.

03 / BEFORE YOU START

Good questions.
Straight answers.

You don’t need every detail to ask for help.

Do I need a bill to get a quote?

No. A recent bill helps identify your supply and saves typing. If you don’t have one, start with what you know and we’ll help establish the missing information.

Can my gas and electricity have different end dates?

Yes. Keep each supply’s supplier and end date separate. We can compare options for each without assuming they renew together.

What if I have several premises or need water quotes?

Include them in the same enquiry. We’ll confirm which bills and supply references belong to each site. Several bills may relate to one premises, so we won’t assume each file is a separate site.

What if I’ve just moved in or my contract has ended?

Tell us when you moved in, or that your contract has ended. We’ll check your current position and the information needed before comparing options. You can still start if you’re unsure of your contract status.

Does requesting a quote commit me to anything?

No. There is no upfront charge for a quote and no obligation to accept. If you choose a contract through us, we explain our commission and how it is charged before you agree.

Should I choose a longer contract or wait?

Compare actual offers for your business and start date. A longer term can offer price certainty, but is not automatically cheaper. Waiting keeps your options open while leaving you exposed to price increases. Market context helps inform that choice; it cannot guarantee the cheapest day.
