You sign directly with the supplier via DocuSign — you're contracted to them, not to Smart Energy. No verbal agreements, no one signing on your behalf. Other brokers have used verbal contracts that can be disputed. We eliminated that risk completely.

Every broker earns a commission built into your unit rate. The industry allows up to 3p/kWh. Most don't volunteer what they charge — and for larger businesses, there's no legal obligation to disclose it at all.

We average around 0.6p/kWh — a fraction of what the market allows. It's shown on your contract, and we'll tell you exactly what we earn at any point.
