Support during your contract →Heating, hot water, kitchens and laundry run throughout the day and night. We compare available contracts against your home’s usage pattern, rather than treating its annual consumption as the whole picture.
Get care home energy quotes →We help you follow relevant market movements and consider when to request supplier prices ahead of renewal. The decision stays with you; monitoring does not guarantee the lowest price.
Illustrative 24-hour profile, not actual consumption data or a price forecast.
A lower unit rate is only part of the comparison. Check what the whole contract costs—and whether the charges on your current bills match the agreement.

Where capacity charges apply, compare agreed kVA with recorded maximum demand. Allow for essential equipment, occupancy changes and planned extensions.
Check estimated readings, meter identifiers, opening balances and supplier rebills. We help assemble the evidence and raise a clear query.
Review fixed and pass-through costs, relevant usage conditions, deposits and commission. Know the commitment behind the headline price.
A high charge is not proof of an error. Reducing agreed kVA does not automatically change a residual network charging band. We explain what the evidence supports before recommending a change.
Request an existing-charge review →A care home buying energy on a business contract should not automatically be treated like an office or shop for energy tax. Qualifying residential care use can receive domestic fuel-and-power VAT treatment and be excluded from Climate Change Levy.
Residential homes, nursing homes, day-care centres and mixed-use sites are not interchangeable. We check the circumstances and the supplier’s records before suggesting a correction.
Look at the VAT rate and CCL lines on both gas and electricity bills. Match them to the supply period and the use of the premises; do not assume a historic rate is still the right one.
A supplier may need evidence of qualifying use or an updated declaration. Changes in operator, site use or billing arrangements are good reasons to check what is held.
We can help assemble the bills and information needed to raise a query. Any correction or refund depends on eligibility, the records and the applicable rules.
See HMRC’s fuel and power VAT guidance and CCL guidance on domestic use. Your accountant can advise on your wider tax position.
Share a bill, your renewal dates or the issue you want to resolve. One home or several—we’ll explain what information would help.
For a renewal, we compare suitable offers and explain costs and conditions. For an existing issue, we establish what can be reviewed and what evidence is needed.
Whether arranging a contract or progressing a billing query, we explain the options and any fees or commission before you proceed.
Your adviser can help with account queries after the contract starts. If a reading or charge looks wrong, we review the evidence and raise the issue with the supplier.
If your care home’s gas or electricity bill does not match its readings or agreed contract, start with the evidence. We check meter identifiers, billing periods, readings and the relevant contract charges, then help raise a clear query with the supplier.
Get help with an energy dispute →Your client portal brings recorded supplies, available documents and open work into one place. We can discuss coordinated renewals where they suit the group.
Yes. A fixed-term contract does not prevent you querying incorrect readings, charges or tax treatment. Share the disputed bills, relevant readings and contract information. Reviewing the bill does not cancel the contract.
There is no single tariff that fits every home. We compare available offers using the home’s fuel needs, consumption pattern, meter arrangements and budget. Nursing equipment, laundry and hot-water demands may affect the comparison.
A supplier may have recorded the supply as ordinary business use, or the premises may include non-qualifying activities. Qualifying domestic use is excluded from CCL. Check the actual use and supplier declaration before assuming the charge is correct or incorrect.
We can compare available contract structures and query charges that appear inconsistent with the evidence. We cannot promise a lower standing charge: a lower daily figure may be offset by higher unit rates, so the total comparison matters.
Start with recent gas and electricity bills and any known contract end dates. Tell us about billing concerns, occupancy changes and planned equipment. If consumption data or authority to speak to a supplier is needed, your adviser will explain.
Yes. We can review each site’s meters, suppliers, usage and contract dates, then discuss a coordinated approach. The client portal keeps recorded supply information, available documents and open work together.
No. Switching energy supplier will not interrupt your gas or electricity supply. The same network continues to serve your home; the supplier responsible for your energy account and bills changes.
Where supplier commission is included in an energy contract, we explain it in writing before you agree. For other work, we explain the scope and any fees before you proceed. There is no obligation to accept a quote.
