If you want prices, the quote form is quickest — it reads most of the detail straight from your bill. For anything else — support, a supplier issue, or advice before you commit — use the contact form, or just call.
Can you help if I'm already in contract? +
Yes. We'll note your renewal window and keep an eye on the market so you're ready when it opens — and we can still help with day-to-day issues in the meantime.
Can you deal with my supplier for me? +
Where we can, yes. With your authority we'll take billing queries, meter issues and disputes up with the supplier, so you don't have to.
What should I send if I have a billing issue? +
A copy of the bill (or a clear photo) and a line on what looks wrong is plenty to get us started. You can attach it to the form above.
Do I need a bill before getting in touch? +
No. A bill helps us be accurate, but if you haven't got one to hand, get in touch anyway and we'll guide you.
Is there any obligation? +
None. Advice and quotes are free and without obligation — you only go ahead if it's right for you.
